Not only is TMA a perfect tool for personal insight, it also helps to get a better understanding of each other’s individual drives within a team. It is my personal experience that better understanding leads to better communication, cooperation and results. My team consists of many different people from different nationalities and cultures. After several team sessions using TMA it has become a sort of our second shared language and I really see positive change in several colleagues in terms of their approach and co-operation with other team members.
